The most important part of the plate heat exchanger is the plate stamping process. The process requires a lot of attention when it comes to pressing plates. All materials arrive to ARES factory in coils and then cut in to the required sizes before the pressing stage. 20.000 ton hydraulic press does the entire job even plates at 2.50m2 surface area.

Each batch of plate production is subject to quality tests including pressing depth, thickness and invisible cracks using UV and dye penetrant tests.
