ASSEMBLY
After manufacturing the frame and pressing of plates, the plate heat exchanger is ready for assembly. The type of the plates, gaskets and models vary on the selection of our engineers who supply you the most efficient design.
The assembly process consists for three major steps:
- Gasketting
Each plate pack is prepared by installing the gaskets on the plates before positioning them in the plate heat exchanger frame.
- Assembly
After all plates are placed between head and end plate, the plate is tightened by using the bolts. When the minimum tightening distance is achieved, the process comes to end.
- Test
Each plate heat exchanger manufactured in our plant is subject to hydro-static test to ensure the highest quality for customer satisfaction. The tests are being performed according to the given manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME etc. In case of any request by the client, third party inspection is provided.
